Today marks 16 years of Abused Men in Scotland (AMIS) supporting men experiencing domestic abuse.

Over those years, we’ve been there to listen, offer support and, most importantly, remind men that they are not alone and that their voices matter. We know there is still so much work to be done to break down the barriers that stop men from seeking help, but we’re proud of how far we’ve come.

A huge thank you to our staff, volunteers, trustees, funders and everyone who has supported AMIS along the way. We couldn’t do what we do without you. And to every man who has trusted us with his story, thank you.
